Credits are generally non-refundable once purchased. However, we may provide refunds at our discretion for unused credits in cases of service issues or account closure within 30 days.

Referral Program

Our referral program provides bonus credits when friends make purchases. Referral abuse or fraudulent activity will result in account suspension and forfeiture of credits.
